The North/Central Luzon Qualifying Games of the 2019 PCCL National Collegiate Championship were held from January 28 to 30, 2020 at the Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University (DHVTSU) Gymnasium, Bacolor, Pampanga and the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center, San Fernando, Pampanga.
